Join our team: we are hiring a precision welder in Harrison County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
