Rebar installer • Lee County, South Carolina

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar installer in Lee County, South Carolina. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Day to day you will lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. What we are looking for: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Performance bonus on top of base pay.
