Offshore rigger wanted in Hancock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Hancock County, Maine. You will work at a container port. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket You will attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads.
