Refrigeration field service technician • Wood County, West Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Wood County, West Virginia. The job is at a food processing plant. The role involves: • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture Requirements: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
