Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
