Kitchen steward — Ilorin West

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Ilorin West, Kwara State. The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
