On a typical shift you will work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels. You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
