Join our team: machine operator (earthworks) (New Mexico)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Quay County, New Mexico. You will be based at a drainage and utilities contractor. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence The role involves keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
