Now hiring: tig welder (Ondo State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tig welder in Akoko South East, Ondo State. Day to day you will control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) ₦235,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
