Fry cook wanted in Hancock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Hancock County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
