Great opportunity: skimming plasterer (New York)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Erie County, New York. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. Day to day you will skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
