Urgent requirement: coating plant operator (California)

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Fresno County, California. The job is at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
