Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
