Immediate opening: we are hiring a car painter in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. Day to day you will mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. What we are looking for: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing 1+ years on the tools preferred.
