We are recruiting: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Westchester County, New York. What we are looking for: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Your main tasks: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Check for underground cables and services before digging Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
