Now hiring: we are hiring a finishing presser in Obudu, Cross River State. The job is in a tailoring workshop. Day to day you will hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment ₦105,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
