In-process quality controller wanted in Avoyelles Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. The role involves: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools You should have: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
