Pastry baker — Clarion County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Clarion County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
