Urgent requirement: external wall insulation fitter (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Bladen County, North Carolina. You will work at a cold storage facility. Your main tasks: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
