Health and safety supervisor • Hinds County, Mississippi

Join our team: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Hinds County, Mississippi. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. Your main tasks: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
