Now hiring: we are hiring an ironing operator in Bedford County, Virginia. The role involves: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Give each garment a final press before packing • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments You should have: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Six days a week, one day off. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
