Pipe tig welder — Ningi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Ningi, Bauchi State. The job is in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. You will back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle. What we are looking for: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
