You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE On a typical shift you will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code.
