We are recruiting: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Osceola County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly • Minimum matric / 10th pass preferred You will record output figures and downtime on the production log; assemble components according to the work order; weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch; load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt; move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley; stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
