Finishing plasterer — Ikpoba-Okha

Vacancy available: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Ikpoba-Okha, Edo. Day to day you will set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; check walls for plumb and level as you go; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency. You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
