Urgent requirement: powder coater (Massachusetts)

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Dukes County, Massachusetts. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
