Argon welder — Buruku Local Government Area

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welder in Buruku Local Government Area, Benue State. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium The role involves: • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters Six days a week, one day off.
