Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Del Norte County, California. The role involves direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; read lift plans and method statements before starting; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings. You should have: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
