Day-to-day duties: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling Requirements: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) 1+ years on the tools preferred.
