Commis chef wanted in Washakie County

Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Washakie County, Wyoming. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits.
