Great opportunity: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in Madison County, Illinois. Day to day you will fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level Part-time with flexible hours.
