Great opportunity: oven operator (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Arenac County, Michigan. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
