Plumbing and sanitary fitter • City of Hopewell, Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plumbing and sanitary fitter in City of Hopewell, Virginia. You will be based on residential construction sites. Day to day you will install and repair water supply lines using PPR, CPVC and GI fittings; make connections to the mains water and sewer lines; solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings; carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting, bending and crawling • ITI certificate in plumbing or fitter trade where applicable • Willing to attend emergency call-outs At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
