Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Hutchinson County, Texas. You will work at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day to day you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
