We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Thurston County, Washington. The role involves: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
