We are recruiting: auto-electrical fitter (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an auto-electrical fitter in Knox County, Illinois. The job is at a car service garage. Requirements: • Knowledge of CAN-bus and modern ECU systems • Able to work under the dashboard and bonnet for long periods On the job you will handle: • Check charging system output and battery voltage • Repair and re-tape damaged wiring looms • Install alarms, immobilisers and central locking • Solder and heat-shrink wiring joints • Repair headlights, indicators and brake-light circuits • Test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
