What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness The role involves raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; check back during the meal and handle special requests; clear and reset tables between covers; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table.
