AC mechanic wanted in Story County

Now hiring: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Story County, Iowa. You will work at a busy AC installation company. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces Day-to-day duties: • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
