Argon welder — Madagali

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Madagali, Adamawa State. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. On the job you will handle: • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Rotating shifts.
