What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Day to day you will blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting.
