Site labourer wanted in Mahaska County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site labourer in Mahaska County, Iowa. The role involves: • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator Requirements: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio We offer $210 per day plus benefits.
