We are recruiting: lift installation engineer (Nebraska)

Join our team: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska. You will work at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Day-to-day duties: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox Six days a week, one day off.
