Join our team: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Renfrewshire, Scotland. On a typical shift you will thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points.
