Great opportunity: we are hiring a MIG welder in Copiah County, Mississippi. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration You should have: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Six days a week, one day off.
