Room service attendant • Greene County, Mississippi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a room service attendant in Greene County, Mississippi. You will be based at a busy restaurant. Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
