Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in O'Brien County, Iowa. The job is on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Pay around $21 per hour, based on your experience.
