Join our team: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Olorunsogo, Oyo State. Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety The role involves: • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent ₦235,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
