Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Jackson County, Arkansas. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Rotating shifts. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
