Ideal candidate: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Current Driver CPC qualification card The role involves: • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
