Kitchen cook • Broomfield County, Colorado

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Broomfield County, Colorado. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
